Promotion commences 27 March 2023 at 00.01 NZST and concludes 30 April 2023 23.59 NZST.

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion and receive a $140 RRP (NZD) Lay-Z- Spa® gift pack (while stocks last) containing 1 x Lay-Z-Spa® 7 Colour LED Light, 1 x Lay-Z-Spa® Padded Pillow (set of 2), 1 x Lay-Z-Spa® All in one tool set and 1 x Lay-Z- Spa® Filter Cartridge (V1), customers must purchase any model of Lay-Z-Spa® during the promotional period either online or at any participating Mitre 10 New Zealand, Trade Tested New Zealand, thewarehouse.co.nz or themarket.com/nz store. Eligible customers will redeem their gift by going online via www.layzspa.com.au/ and entering their personal details including the receipt/order/invoice number and uploading a copy of purchase receipt. Customers have up to the 14 May, 2023 to redeem gift. Gift will be sent to the customer’s address as entered in their redemption claim. Limit of 1 Gift per purchase.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the gift except for any liability, which cannot be
excluded by law.

The gift is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay, theft or unauthorised access to or alternation of entries. Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:

• 1. Tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion;
  2. Tampering with the operation of the competition or website;
  3. Acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

Claimants provide their information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform and completely release any social media platforms from any and all liability.
